Customs criminal law

As a sub-segment of criminal tax law, customs criminal law deals with all offences against customs laws and regulations. This includes, for example, the infringement of tariff laws under section 372 of the Fiscal Code, customs fraud (smuggling) committed on a serial basis or as part of a gang and involving the use of violence (section 373), as well as purchasing and handling tax-evaded goods (section 374).
